Bruce AI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All outputs are for informational and administrative purposes only. Outputs are AI-generated and may contain errors, omissions, or misstatements.
Attorneys remain solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and filing any documents or taking any actions recommended by the platform.
c. Attorney Oversight Required
Any draft pleadings, motions, briefs, or other legal documents generated by the platform must be reviewed and, where necessary, modified by a licensed attorney before reliance, signature, or filing. You agree that you will not rely on Outputs as a substitute for professional legal judgment.
4. User Conduct
You agree that you will not:
Use the Services in any way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates anyone’s rights or any applicable law or regulation
Modify, copy, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute any of our Services except as expressly permitted
Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable content
Use the Services to harass, threaten, or harm others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or compromise the security or integrity of the platform
Represent that any AI-generated Output was human-generated when it was not
Use Output to develop models or services that compete with Bruce AI or to reverse engineer our models
5. Intellectual Property
All software, text, graphics, logos, and other materials on or used in connection with the platform (collectively, the “Content”) are owned by OnwardJustice Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited, revocable license to use the Services granted to you under these Terms, no rights (including any license or ownership rights) are granted to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Content or Services without our prior written consent.
6. Data Collection & Privacy
Your use of the platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy (Part I above), which explains how we collect, use, and share data.

You grant to Bruce AI and its affiliates an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to process User Data and User Input:

Where a separate subscriber agreement applies, the terms of that agreement will govern our use of User Data and User Input to the extent of any conflict.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnwardJustice Inc. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, data, reputation, or legal fees — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
Bruce AI’s affiliates, suppliers, licensors, and distributors are intended third-party beneficiaries of this Section 7 and may enforce it directly.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OnwardJustice Inc., its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:
Your use of the Services or Content, or
Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time:
For any violation of these Terms,
To comply with law or governmental requests, or
If your use of the platform could cause risk or harm to Bruce AI, our users, or any other person.
Upon termination, you may request access to export your personal data and documents by contacting us at help@onwardjustice.com. We will provide reasonable assistance consistent with our technical capabilities and legal obligations.
Either party may terminate these Terms by providing reasonable notice to the other party, subject to any obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
If you believe we have suspended or terminated your account in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting our Support team at help@onwardjustice.com.
10. Modifications
We are continuously working to develop and improve our Services.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page.
We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of changes that materially and adversely impact you, either via email or an in-product notification.
All other changes are effective as soon as we post them.
Your continued use of, or interaction with, the platform after a revision becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-laws principles.
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Delaware for any disputes arising under these Terms, subject to the arbitration provisions below.
12. Dispute Resolution
You and Bruce AI agree to resolve any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services through final and binding arbitration, except where applicable law does not permit arbitration of a specific dispute.
Details of the arbitration procedure may be provided separately or in a subsequent agreement. You agree that any permitted court action will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
